What are the current trends?

As we are beginning a new Millenium, times and expectations from many grooms have changed.  While not always the case, many grooms want a spectacular cake as well.  Something "chocolatey" is usually picked, but not always.  Many grooms are going with a tiered cake as well.  There are many, many options that can be cost effective and can turn a simple groom's cake into something incredible.
