CHAD FITZGERALD

I started doing cakes in 1983, my junior year in high school. After high school, I went to Oklahomas State University Technical Institute and studied Culinary Arts. After finishing there, I returned to my home town of Hereford and started a catering company where my specialty was wedding cakes. I also started college at West Texas A&M University. I received a BS degree in Mathematics and Business Education and have taught secondary mathematics since 1991. Currently I teach in in the Duncanville Independent School District at Duncanville High School. While starting my teaching career, I also started a catering company in Midland, Texas. Over the years I have done 100's of weddings. I started a company in DFW called Exclusively Yours. It was my goal to provide "special" treatment to one couple a day (Saturday)....thus Exclusively Yours. In the Fall of 2003 I expanded the company, added a business partner and changed company names. We are simply known as THE CAKE GUYS! After all my bride's calling me their "cake guy", I thought...hummm what a great name!

All of our efforts revolve around making sure that each cake is beautiful, delicious and on time. We enjoy creating breathtaking cakes, which in my opinion, are pieces of art. I know you will enjoy them too!

EDWARD NAVEJAS

I am a native resident of Dallas, and a 2004 Graduate of the Dallas Art Institute with a degree in Culinary arts. I am also a member of Texas Chefs Association. Upon completion of my culinary degree, I also chose a different path other than culinary arts. I am currently a quality assurance supervisor for a major outsourcing corporation in Carrollton.
